I wonder if anyone is going to spend money in Ryan's congressional district to seriously contest him there. He seems vulnerable. A semi-obvious tact would be to turn the "Obama closed the auto factory in 2008" video into an effective counter ad.
I can hear a voice of authority touting that when the plant closed the year before Obama got elected,.. while Ryan was actually the Congressman representing that district, he purposefully did nothing to try to save the auto plant. Counter with Obama's rescue of a now booming auto industry that employs millions (elsewhere) and is currently hiring top dollar workers (80,000-120,000 a year with full beneifts) like there is no tomorrow. It skewers Ryan on multiple levels as a shit bag liar who puts personal ambition mixed with radical ideology above the interests of his constituents. It also serves the dual purpose of nailing Ryan in his home district and burying the last of Romney's false hopes to carry Wisconsin. Nice 2 fer 1.
